Blender
Blender is the best open source 3D application out. Even though Blender is FREE, it is now on par with some of the best commercial 3D software packages. Blender is now being used in full-length feature films!
It offers a very clean cut interface and the ability to add TONS of extensions which means you only load what you need/use. You can download the latest version directly from blender.org. |

The GIMP - Software
GIMP is the GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is a freely distributed 2D software for tasks such as photo retouching, image composition and image authoring. It works on many operating systems, in many languages.
It is very similar to Photoshop and can be also be used to create textures for 3D work. |

ResPower Super/Farm
Whenever we don't have rendering capacity, we make use of ResPower. They have some great offers for us 3d animation fanatics! We rendered a few of the animations on this site with them. They are also very helpful and quick to respond on any queries one might have. Try them! |
